First Post!

Hi there. The purpose of this blog is post about food that I eat and the things that are on the label. I've been trying to eat more healthy food, and one of the things that I am trying to do is to eat less processed food. So many times we eat things with an entire paragraph of ingredients, many of which, we have no idea what they are, and what their purpose is. Having said that, I do not plan on going into a deep dive into every ingredient in a bag of Doritos. I may, however, take a few of those ingredients and tell you about them and where they came from.
